Production

1. Our experienced manufacturing and technical personnel execute strict process checks to ensure highest quality standards for dispersion and colour consistency
2. The Spectrophotometer is used for checking shade accuracies between different batches and strict limits are stipulated to ensure there is 100% colour consistency between batches. For certain applications, where colour accuracies are very critical, the pigments are matched to a ΔE and  ΔL, Δa, Δb of 0.2
3. Quality control equipments to check the chemical, electrical and weathering properties are used
4. Laminates are made for critical colors – Quality is never compromised
5. Commitment to ensure the product meets all parameters such as particle size, colour consistency, increased hiding power, durability and chemical resistance before it is packed for shipment.

Colourtech Pigments are engineered to provide superior performance and product value to the Composite Industry. The Translucent range exhibit excellent transparency, durability, weather fastness, chemical resistance and UV stability.

Despatch

Quick turn-around time for despatch of materials after the order is placed. Standard colours as listed in shade card are available ex stock. Special colours are also matched against samples provided by the customers.
